  1. The applicant will submit the information forms together with the Project Executive Summary for initial evaluation. [If this information is not supplied first we will simply delete emails received.]

  5. If the initial proposal is acceptable to the applicant we will proceed to issue our Contract of Service and proceed to carry out our due diligence procedure.
  6. Any introducer will be protected for commissions and introducer’s fees under the NCND signed by the applicant.
  7. Once the applicant has accepted the final proposal from our provider, the applicant will complete a fee protection agreement for payment of commissions and introducer’s fees to all concerned parties.

Sovereign Guarantee - Equity Capital and Securities is able to facilitate funding for Government and Infrastructure Projects against a Sovereign Guarantee subject to the Sovereign Guarantee being ratified by the relevant authorities and departments, namely the Central Bank and Ministry of Finance in the respective countries. In some cases the Sovereign Guarantee may need to be confirmed by a Commercial Bank.

Resource Guarantee - The option is available to fund projects against a Resource Guarantee such as an Oil Guarantee or any other significant and valuable minerals or resources that the country has may also be considered.

Collateral Security for Credit Line - In the event that financing has been arranged for the project in the form of a credit line which requires a collateral security, Equity Capital & Securities London is able to facilitate the issuance of the collateral security so that the credit line can be activated for the project to proceed.

Process:

  • Expected duration of the project.
  • Current status of the project.
  • Copy of any Permits, Approvals, Licenses or Leases.
  • Details of the current Principals of the Project.
  • Current Organisational and Ownership Structure.
  • Proposed Contractors, Management or Operations Company.
  • Full details of the Applicant, Partner or Entity seeking investment or funding and full contact details of the same.

2. Upon reviewing the abovementioned information and finding it to be a suitable project which fits the preliminary criteria, Equity Capital & Securities London will issue an Expression of Interest

3. Full Business Plan or Information Memorandum to be submitted.

4. Preliminary due diligence will then be commenced on the project and information provided.

5. A Letter of Offer will then be issued if the information in the Business Plan or Information Memorandum is found to be satisfactory.

6. Equity Capital & Securities London will then work with the Principals to complete Due Diligence and Negotiations.

7. Upon completion of Due Diligence and fulfilment of all the required criteria for the funding, documentation will be issued.

8. Funding will be advanced and the project will commence.
